You could still hae decent pvp battleground with special prizes and it would still be a race for best gear. However why restrict content to those who have more game time. It is like the people that work in real life and buy plat get punished and for what? I know that is not always the case for each person but, I think you all get were my opinion is going. You could make public pvp dungeons as well but some people like to have fun without it getting wrecked by others and experince game content so Instanced dungeons would be a nice "addition".
