Way too laggy

Same game crashes on my iPad air and Androids phone

I made a post in feedback. We have an iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 2 and constant crashing.

I have an iPhone 6 and constantly crashing. Whatever account I try and log in to my screen appears black and then games shuts itself.

Game crashes whenever i try to login after few seconds. Playing on iPhone 6. Pls fix that.

Still can’t get in with both iPads. Can we please get this fixed!

We need as much info as you can provide us regarding the crashing!

What device are you using?
What OS are you running?
Where in the game are you crashing (login, character select, specific zone, etc)?
Any other details that you feel may be useful.

When u enter arena it is verrry laggy, it is also very crouded

Think u can figure out what is wrong here lol
