First off, I’d recommend editing your post to remove your username - that’s not something you want to share on a public forum!
Secondly, the only way to deconflict your account and let you log back in is to contact Support via email, at email@example.com
. Include your account username there (not your password), and any info about the account that you can remember - character names, levels, servers, etc.
It may take a few days or even a week to hear back from them, they are quite behind right now, working through a large backlog of tickets. Be patient and they will respond though!
