Clan System Idea

Lists System:
The list system consists of a list of what drops each player in a class needs, the drops the player requires for a certain armour set or weapons will be recorded onto the spreadsheet for the class and armour set needed and players will be moved up and down the list based on activity, activity could be levelling or bossing or whatever the people in charge choose it to be. After every boss that drops DL/EDL/DG drops can be send to a bank where the bank will distribute the drops to the person on top of the list that needs, this could be changed that the lists for each class are posted in a discord so that everyone knows who needs what drops and who gets first on the top of the list so that that player can have the drops sent. The most active ones at the top of the list will be the first ones to receive the drops that are needed by them.
A few benefits of this system are:
 Players will be encouraged to go to bosses instead of being idle, making the drops flow faster as well because we will have a higher chance of overpowering opposition.
 Players will not have to fight over who gets what drop for their amour sets/weapons first and it will be done in a fair way.
 This system is easy to understand for everyone, unlike some systems such as DKP that can be hard for some players to get their heads round.
 Players with less gold will have a better chance to get geared as they do not have to purchase drops, giving them a higher chance to progress into Endgame.
 Clans can see what their players need and don’t need, allowing them to see progression in armour/weapons in their clan.
How the lists could be set up:
DL ROGUE ARMOUR:
Player Drops needed Clan
Rogue1 2 horns, 1 urn Clan1
Rogue2 4 horns, 1 urn, 1 idol Clan2
Rogue3 4 horns, 5 urns, 2 idols Clan4

This is an example of what one of the lists could look like, in this list Rogue1 has been seen to be the most active so any urns or horns that drop in his colour will be given to him, going down a column Rogue2 has been seen as the second most active rogue needing dl, but because Rogue1 needs horns and urns, Rogue2 will be second to get horns and urns, but first to get idols because Rogue1 no longer needs idols.
The lists could be saved in one spreadsheet with all of the DL armour needs and then another for EDL, DG etc. The lists should then be shared to everybody so people know who is getting what first.
This system can be hard to set up at first, but after players have been put into the lists, the system is rewarding and an organised way to manage drops in a clan/alliance. Obviously this system can be modified/changed in any way the people in charge of the clan see fit, but I believe this is one of the most organised ways to distribute drops.
