This is the data I found around a year back in the game files regarding faction levels. Fairly sure they are right, would like an admin to confirm tho.

I think the extra level has been removed, i just maxed out my enemity with reavers and I don't lose any reaver faction points anymore, the bar is filled up and i think t4 is the last faction level.

So I maxed out my reaver level recently and kept track of all xp gains to post it here. It’s exactly 65k faction xp from t3 to 4.
