wondering if its better for a blood rage for the heat proc or the lvl 200 bow for the added bow ability

Imo the 200 bow. The proc on the necro bow stacked with the quiver buff is nice dmg when they get stacked together. But I'd rather have the steady dmg on the store bow.

If you just use a lux bow then i would use the vendor bow.

If you use a dl/edl quiver then i would use the necro bow. The faster attack speed partered with the divine damage and quiver skill makes it much stronger. The bow proc is just a bonus.
