I legit first messaged support about my account on march 2nd they responded March 10th I provided all the information asked and have heard nothing back ... is this typical?

You must not have read all the posts about people waiting months to hear back from support about their accts

Ah man, you are lucky you got a response, months of waiting to return an old account of mine and some dropped by mistake items, but nothing till now.
