Just to clear it up everyone, The Beacons of Destiny are a (very pretty) consumable, cosmetic item only.
A little bit like the Balloons from many events ago.

Today I got an Ordinary coin out of a bounty bag. It ended up worth 2k. Was a first and I've only got wisdom, haste so far..
I say a prayer with each opening for something cooler. lol

My clannie just got a horse from a bounty bag. He said it was either a beltane bag or a superior bag.

Clan member got an 80% brown horse from a bounty. He is level 200 so I don't know if low levels have the same chNce
