Can’t do Reaver Boss Weekly Even Though Level 3 Lich

So...
I got to level 3 lich earlier today and I went to the guy to get the quest. The loyalty something one for the weekly to kill the reaver 220 6*
I accepted the quest but it didn’t show in my quest log. Now the boss is up and it doesn’t display the crossed swords as an icon to kill it.
Not sure why it’s bugged for me.
I did kill it earlier in a group without the quest (cuz was only lvl 2).

You will need to let us know what character you were using for us to be able to check it out.
