Celtic Heroes

Hi ive been playing the game having fun with no problems. But today out of nowhere celtic just gets stuck on loading screen. It says sign in then loading and just satys there. Ive been playing for a month and havent had a problem. I tried restarting my device and still same problem. Im on a galaxy s4 by the way. Is there a way to fix this?

Does clearing the apps Cache and Data in Settings help at all?

Are you able to sign in with other accounts?

Okay logging in another account does work. I tried clearing cache and data and cant log in to my normal account. Does that mean im banned? I dont think so bevause i havent done anything bad i just level /:

Are your details correct? What error message is it giving you?

Details are correct. I have a character on lir called ASAP Mage. Idk if it give an error message, it just gets stuck on loading ill send a sc.

Okay also i asked support to restore a character on friday. I got impatient and just made a new one. Could that of messed it up because i only have 3 character slots amd they are all full. I tried logging in another device and same infinite loading screen so think its just the account.

Also i can play in other servers except the one where i asked support to restore a character.

Hmmm, I've let them know. The character restore should not have affected it but I'll get them to double check.

Was it the ASAP Mage character on Lir you cant sign in to?
