Well... It kinda says everywhere do not trade accounts and others... But they can prove that you tried to trade account. You may ask how? But can go and see all of your message coming and outgoing ones. So you might think its unfair but you shouldn't try to trade/sell accounts

Support are very busy as they have a huge amount of tickets to get through.
