Ok. One thing. Hacking. My good friend in herne was hacked. He lost hundreds of thousands of gold. And what do the mods say. Basicaly this even though we can get all this stuff back to him free were gonna be a jerk and not give it to them. Seriously? His account was hacked by someone who he never let out his password too.there is a serouis hacking problem and it needs to be fixed or u mods need to help and give stuff back. 1. the other guy had access to his device
2. the guy uses the same account name as his char name (or something that's easy to guess) and a simple password that's easy to guess too
3. the guy really gave away his password and just won't admit it (or forgot about it)

I would suggest changing the title of this thread to something other than "Admins read".

There would be no 'hacking' if the password was strong and it was never shared. Celtic Heroes' servers have never been hacked.

The Support Team can only restore items which have been dropped or accidentally sold to a vendor.

If an item has been traded then the Support Team are unable to restore it, as all trades are the responsibility of the users involved. Likewise, users are responsible for all activity on their account and for keeping their details secure.

As other people have stated, Celtic Heroes has not been hacked and the only way someone can gain access to an account is if you share your details or have an easy to guess password.

I don't know why so many people keep saying they have been scammed or "hacked". The only way you can be scammed or "hacked" is if your stupid enough to agree with someone.

and also if you store passwords inside your email. but we are responsible to secure our own passwords and usernames.
