if this is truely abusive language use the in-game support, but if all it is is just swearing there is a button in options to turn off shout and turn on the profanity filter. If he is doing this in say then it is best to just block the player and ignore him.

Rikky is dead on, but put simply just Block him.

I mean, people will be mean, angry, filthy often, just erase them from yer awareness and roll on. Coming to One Thumb about a guy swearing at ya is like running to yer mom/teacher rather than just dusting yourself off and taking care of it.

Now if true harassment, or abuse occurred there is no shame reporting it, that makes perfect sense... One Thumb can scan the chat logs and investigate, but it sounds to me like you just gotta man-up, suck it up and use the chat tools provided and all listed by Rikky (Block, Profanity Filter, Shout Toggle) to make your in game experience more hassle free.
