I do not understand why people buy items and if they like them or not and want to buy something else they are allowed to refund it completely. It is completely unfair to any of us who bought a lower item and wanted to buy a higher item after and had to work the extra gold and sell the old item for a completely lower price just to get it.

I mean its ok to refund the item if you swear by accident you bought the wrong item, but just for personal gain and not liking an item your allowed to refund it completely?

This system you have going on is not right 1 bit. And am asking for help to end this foolishness.

i think you should only be able to request a refund the day you bought the item...


its stupid to allow people who have used something for weeks or months should b able to get a refund

Admin should let refund cos they may have accidentally bought the wrong one and this is only fair as they had let a lot of people refunded so they should allow refunding as to be fair to others.

i just said you should only be able to refund within an hour of purchase... any longer than that and ppl are just gonna freeload

People are asking for refunds in their posts saying 'I didnt like it and I want to buy something else.'

Well how about if admin ignores all requests for refunds and we get to return all lux items with only a 10% depreciation instead of 50%. Impatience is costly but it would reduce the money raising complaints and would encourage more of the lower items to be purchased thus providing more variety in the game.
