i sent a ticket monday? asking if it was possible to get my ancient beastbone gloves back that i probably dropped, but i havnt heard a thing from support :/

It sounds like they get pretty backed up in tickets they receive. I’d suggest waiting a few more days... they’ll get back with you as soon as they can :)

Weird. I had something that I dropped a while back and they were pretty quick to respond and return it to me after asking a few questions.
