#2Send an email to Support@onethumbmobile.com with the account username, and tell them that it's conflicted. They will be able to fix it for you, but it may be a few days before they get to your email - they don't work over the weekend, so they are usually a bit behind for the first few days of the week.I attempted to login to my account and it keeps saying Account conflict PW.
