#1why do i see that my ipad 3 has bad graphics when compared to iphone 5s when both have the same ios version . is it the icloud storage that has been damaging my graphics in ipad 3? pls help me

#2It has nothing to do with the iOS version but the chipset on the device. Your ipad 3 has an A5X chip which is 3 generations behind the A7 used by your iphone 5s, so it is less powerful. The A7 is also a 64-bit processor.

I've used that many a time in device comparison.
As Aileron says chip set is different between models so you will get less performance on the lower end device.
