Excluding the spider charm, what would be a good charm for a dps warrior?

Also, what are the best skills for a dps spear warrior? Mainly auto with haste will be used but curious to know what skills I should focus on. I was thinking max FRENZY, PUMMEL, DOUBLE ATTACK, SHATTER and put the rest into defensive formation. Thoughts?

Good charm for DPS warrior would be spider charm, possibly a skain charm (for complete damage charm), gara blade/skain storm charm, or possibly a CD drake charm.

Shatter, rup, dbl, pummel, rest into frenzy is pretty much standard.

Rupture is still the best DOT war skill so keep a good hot-swap axe.
Generally put minimal points in defensive skills or as-needed.

Better to swap 2h shop hammer for rup, or to leave normal offhand on with one hand shop hammer/axe?

why would a rupture ember charm not be worth using? Also synak damage charms are nice once you get to around 10k+ attack

Synak charms are the best dps charms for warriors. Poison>ice>fire>magic preference. You need to have at least 2 weapon ability rings, 2 prot/gele attack braces, a mord attk helm and DG gloves. Because at that point let your frenzy and gear worry about your attack and you'll have more than plenty of it, and since warriors have the least elemental dmg of all melee classes the synak ones trump a skain/gara attk one.

Rupture cd charms are somewhat in middle ground. One on hand more ruptures means more unresisted dots, overriding other ruptures it also means you'll miss more ruptures and rupture evade is a dps nosedive. And it evades often at raids compared to other dots.

Cus u dont need to cast more ruptures, u need more DoTs. Rupture lasts 15 secs and rechargers every 15 secs. An evade wont change just cus u have cooldown reduction.

Also, sunfire charm is very arguable. It has a very little effect, especially at necro and gele. When it comes to poison it'll obviously be superior for mordy and hippo, but inferior on necro and probably gele. And then prot we can argue its equal to attack charm if u use like godly or imperial sunfire. So, u choose where u want ur advantages. On the contrary, its good for adds, xtals for example.

Rupture is highly evaded, also if there's more than a warrior at a raid then you'll need cooldown ember charm, personally I use one and it's so effective, Rupture = dps at most causes for warrior.
