The guide has now been modified after feedback and some testing. Gear setups, importance of defence and HP are now more clear. Thanks for all the contributions so far.

re-read most of it, very good idea to give an explanation why investing pts in dex isnt that wise, also those 250 pts going to vit means a boost to def form, which gives defence

No. At 190 you should be using one of the dark spears from Aggy. The dark vit spear rocks. The dmg and vit boost mean that it is a tank's best friend and also hands out sever dmg.
