a edl sword is way better then a dark gele axe as the divine damage is so much higher the axe would only be better if your able to run havocs and fates with it and still for a while prot braces and sword rings will be able to win over axe
the edl is around equal to a shadow axe or a little worse
the gele axe skill even on a void axe is a waste of dps it looks cool but thats about it
