Use both skills

Use sneaky ( str points increase its dmg)
And use shadowstrike ( dex points increase it)

Use both and forget this riposte.. Ionly use for farming pirate caves :)

So i get more kills on lix, i use shadowstrike, because you can teleport. Although Sneaky does more Damage, the SS is probably more efficient as it saves 2-4 seconds or more worth of running.

You forgot to factor in how many shadowstrikes can be used before sneaky finishes cooldown! ;)
