I'm getting bored from playing with a bow and am looking for a new challenge. I want to convert to a spear but therefore need some help...

What should my stats look like? -> balance between str and dex?

and what skills should i use? -> Light Heal, Sharpen Weapons, Rapid Shot, Camo, Entangle and Double Attack?

Refering to equipment as in braclets and weapons could help me out too!

There must be a way to outlock rogues this way or not?

Why not just make a rogue?

If u must, I remember that a old lvling ranger buddy used Light heal, Camo and Double Attack for spear.
Don't though ur only limiting your true abilities. It's fun for awhile but It is a option I suppose.

It seems fun but as bad as ranger skills get I believe ur even more limited with a spear.

Yeah youre right, unless that ranger has a Mordris void spear. Then it has very very good damage.

That's why a ranger should NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER choose a spear over a bow. Even if it's a void bane spear. Rogues are losing out on better dps by not having that spear and it just looks silly on ranger.

Hahahaha, what about using shotgun could this be possible to use by a ranger? Just a sort of curiosity.
