I'm gonna guess and say this is a mob skill...probably in the spiders area. It shouldn't be a boss skill because chop uses the word "our."
So, either a skill used by spiders or similar mobs like the snakes in fingals.

Black skull bite or somethin. I remember lvling my mage here and it pissed me off so much. Also there is this 5 star mob tha took me 7 pots to solo (got 10k and +5 ring so it was worth it) so black skull bite?
