i keep on fumbling my ice magic spells, and told i should train.
but shouldn't there be an ICE MAGIC ability, just like wand, first aid and fire magic which will slowly rise????

There is an Ice Magic Trainer.
He is kind of hidden.
Go to the back of the Castle behind the wooden stage.

I've found it is fairly fast to lvl ice skills by using skills like energy shield and the in-combat energy regen- while out of combat.
