Hey guys how much hp does ur Nature's Touch, Natures Embrace, and Natures Breath heal?

Hey guys how much hp does ur Nature's Touch, Natures Embrace, and Natures Breath heal?
natures touch : up to 503
natures embrace: 55 hp per tick
natures breath: 132 hp heal
lightning strike: up to 222 dmg
shield of bark: armour + 42
meditate: regens 24 energy.
and if you happen to be on mabon, im buying wards ok?

Touch: 891 max I think
Breath:360
And embrace:112

Tea, how many skill points are in those two wards and how, specifically, does that effect the damage that is received. In other words does 350 in crushing reduce the damage taken by exactly that amount each time a player takes crushing damage?
Roughly do you know how much wards increase with each skill point?

breath:400+(cant remember max)
no ring or anything ect and nature ability is maxed

My level 108 druids touch heal a maximum of 1010
Bark is almost 300 armour
Wendellxs embrace is 176+ per tic
