But 40 kills and not a single one is unacceptable imo. The Helms are way too rare.

Think of it in terms of cars, everyone can have a Toyota it does the job fine gets you from A to B, those who work hard or get lucky drive a Mercedes, does the same job but more efficiently and in style. Then there’s that one guy in your town who has a Ferrari, it’s a luxury, the Mercedes would do the job just as well but this has a bit more flair. Is it unacceptable that everyone can’t have a Ferrari?

So yeah the BT helms aren’t required in order to do any content in game, they’re a rare luxury that when they do come up is something that stands out from the crowd.

Yeah, but nobody wants items added to the game that only a select few can access, what about the end game gear for players not in the top clan? My server literally has only one clan that can even take gele, and the clan I'm in, definitely isn't close to bt, considering our top clan, from what I heard a while ago, so it may be outdated now, but they could barely kill gele let alone bt... I literally don't understand like why people believe something has to be exclusive to have value smh. If you're gonna add super op unfathomable like these helms, at least make comparable lesser sh*t obtainable by players in smaller clans, because you guys never advertise CH, and we aren't getting any new players on our server so we're basically f*ed... not really fair if you ask me. At least in real life I can get up and get a reasonable job with employees who don't treat me like sh*t, and go out and try to earn that Ferrari, but in the game, I'm just unfathomable outta luck, because I refuse to conform to people who have treated me horribly in the past. It's seriously irritating how you guys do nothing to alleviate the competition problems, and continue to further the gap, making it harder. That just proves to me, that y'all don't really know much about the game you're working on. I don't mean to be hostile, but sometimes you gotta be loud to be heard.

The intent is to provide players a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different helms

The accomplisment comes with the kill itself, otherwise it’s just pissing people off to never see a helm when you have to deal with lag and glitches on top of getting 40 players online. ..for the same loot every kill.

In this scenario a royal BT helm should be a toyata, why? Like you described it gets the job done it stacks with dg and is a decent upgrade, we aren’t asking for godlys here just the lowest tier to be more accessible ( 1,000 kills 0 godly BT helms)

theres "no work hard" about it, in a game where the playerbase is begging for content u make some for a minority of them which lasts a few weeks for most since they feel like they are wasting their time.

40 kills is huge .... lets say that it took 30mins every kill that’s 20 hours ea person (50 ish people per kill)spent and they don’t even have the lowest tier drop, that’s to say even if they did drop only a minority will get them in the first place, and according to you guys they don’t deserve entry level drops .... is that not hard work?

The playerbase cares about the game, we don’t question the developers when it’s impossible to kill almost all bosses in this game without plat, the developers need to do the same or we get another repeat of otm.

Well said, Royal = toyota, imperial = mercedes, godly = ferrari. Nuff said

Three of our leaders who worked together to write the guide even went to two separate servers (wont mention any names) to help them figure out how to kill Bloodthorn. One of these servers has reportedly received 3 helmets; this particular server was learning from us how to kill their first Bloodthorn when we were killing our fifteenth. Why are they deserving of 3 Ferraris and we are not deserving of any? Yes these helms are far superior to any previous item, but the work, coordination, and effort required to kill this boss is equally more difficult than any previous boss. We are currently leveling up a few characters on another server to hopefully be able to help them be able to kill Bloodthorn. Nothing like the guy driving a Toyota helping others get into Ferrari's.

I would say 40 kills is alot like having the dispensable cash to walk onto a Ferrari dealership and be able to buy a Ferrari with cash but there isn't any on the lot and the dealer says they are coming any day now, just wait another 48-96 hours only to come in to the dealership and the dealership says we have one Mercedes we just got in and 3 Toyotas (guaranteed imperial or godly - thank you for this BTW, and 3 Royals). So the 3 Toyotas just sit in the garage and the Mercedes might catch someones eyes but most are making sure they have the money to be able to buy that Ferrari if the dealership ever gets one in. The first month or two you understand the back order, its a Ferrari after all, but after 4 months you begin to wonder if the dealership is ever going to have a Ferrari in stock. Not to mention that the dealership has said, these aren't just any Ferrari there are 10 types of Ferrari's that we could possibly get in and if the Ferrari isn't designed specifically for you then you get to watch someone else drive off with it.

Another way to look at this analogy is that a car dealership is doing a special event where they are going to unveil 4 cars for people to take home, and there is a chance that one of them will be a Ferrari, but in order to the dealership you have to drive 1000 miles and its not on highway roads most of the roads to get to the dealership are unpaved, so you have all the money you have to spend to get to the dealership. Then once you are at the dealership you and 40+ people have to spend the money to buy a Ferrari just to get into the event. Once you are in the event then you still have to figure out how to get to the 4 cars that we will unveil. Once the group of 40+ finally get to the cars one of them is guaranteed to be a Mercedes, the others will most likely only be newer versions of the Toyota you are already driving but there is a rare chance that the Ferrari that you worked and saved and sacrificed for will be there, but most likely not. After four months of this routine you begin to wonder if the dealership is really only interested in getting you to pay the money that it takes to get in the door and that there really aren't any Ferrari's.

Not that I really care but your making it sound like it’s a conspiracy theory to keep the “Ferrari’s” away from you. It’s totally random what drops from what bosses. Those servers who got 3 helms where just incredibly lucky. I don’t get what your trying to do here. They’ll drop eventually just like any of the other rare loot in this game.
If the drop rates where to be too high for rare drops people wouldn’t be playing this game anymore they’d get nicely geared & everyone would stop playing as there would be nothing left for them to gain from game.

Except I wouldn't blame players that have killed the boss 40 times and have yet to see 1 of the desired helm when other servers with less have gotten multiple
