What are these skills (Signal of Freedom, Beacon of Destiny, Guiding Flame) used for?
I didn't find any useful info about it looking at the old threads.
I'm mage and I'd like to know more about these three skills.

They are quest skills created in Samhain 2016 i think, they were for quests/bounties at that time but were kept in the game afterwards. I think there are still a few quests (Stonevale and Otherworld areas) that require these, and possibly a few more across Lirs.
Imo theyre not really a skill, since they neither buff the player, nor damage anything

There’s a quest in the OW quest line that requires you to use the flames on different types of ghosts. Think that’s the only use for it

On the topic of beacons, they used to be used in an Ostara or Beltane event some time ago on stags (as far as i remember). I loved the effect beacons gave when you used them, I still got some lying around in my bank since I saved them up

The only use for these skills now is to cast them on others to annoy them
