Was it a newer member of the staff who handled ours too, even after msging appeals and yourself and many members of the clan doing the same I still haven’t got a response from appeals about the accounts... almost 2 months now.

I am a banker for the banks that got banned on fingal. The bank ban seems personal at this time, like OTM has a vendetta against certain people or clans.
We have 2 different accounts that are banks. One is for players DL and up, and the other is our baby bank, for frozen, meteoroic players, and members new to clan who need basic gear.
It’s my understanding that our DL/EDL bank unknowingly received duped items... yet our baby bank didn’t receive anything whatsoever from this hack. Who wants to so spend time duping a bunch of grand armor Aggy rings? So why are both our banks banned? OTM is hurting the most vulnerable players we have - new members and up and coming members, and by doing so is making veteran players - who’ve spent thousands of dollars on this games, - very angry.
If you want to erase all duped items... please, be my guests. But give us back what is rightfully ours, because you making loyal players seriously consider jumping over to Order and Chaos, and spending our money where it will pay off.

I get that you’re angry because a couple of players stole from you, but you are stealing from hundreds of innocent and dedicated players... all of the items in that bank, we earned by using lix and lux that we payed for with our money - taking our stuff, is the same as taking the the money we spent to earn that stuff.

If it's two months they will lose out big time. Wasn't it another server that has a large end game clan that mass migrated to another game together?
