So you’ve added 25 hats to the present with only 12 days to collect them. Then made them non trade...

So people cant collect the entire set like we have done for every event/season with every fashion set ever released...

For the love of god make them tradable!

I think it’s 1 hat per account. Not per character. If you already received the hat in an alt on the main acc. You won’t get it anymore.

+1 to make it tradable. Got a cool sparkly hat sitting on a toon I hardly use..

My toon on epona got the offer and then my ranger on arawn who is on the same acc didnt get it...not too happy

I didn’t get the offer on any account..

so there are 10 different colors for fashion in the game and each hat has a chance to have the frostbringer's effect. That only accounts for 20 of the possible 25 hats you can get does it not? does that mean that there some with different effects or possibly even different colors?

Haven't even seen the offer available on my char.
Plus I'd rather collect all the colours. So please make it tradeable
