You're in the top ten at the moment with a count of 264 fish! Keep it up, approx 15 minutes to go!

The Yuletide Fishing Extravaganza has come to its end.

1200+ people took part over the past 4 days, and it was great to watch how the competition progressed on each server.

As stated previously, it will take some time (minimum of 1 hours, but perhaps longer given some player accounts per server) to update with the final values.

Catching Ling from Glacial Waters will no longer count towards your rank on the competition leaderboards either, but these spots will remain in game for now.

After we review the leaderboards, the Old Seafarer will begin to send the rewards via in game mail at the earliest tomorrow, hopefully around 14:00 UTC.

Thanks to everyone who took part! We hope you enjoyed it.

As always, if you have any feedback on the competition we will be happy to take it on board as we progress with the system.

Cheers!

This event was super fun and entertaining. Definitely a turn in the right direction. Hopefully in the near future we can get more competitions like cooking or even PVP competitions.

You have to be connected to wifi to check leaderboards, you can't be using data.

I can’t wait to see the results. It feels like waiting for your final grade to see if you got the best grade of the class. One thing for sure, I was either second or third.

Same here. It was an awesome competition, I really enjoyed it. But maybe I will need new eyes as well not just a new fishing fashion.
