Natures touch

Why is it that natures touch gets constantly interrupted at higher lvls but a level one natures touch can never be interrupted?

Level 1 literally cannot be interupted, completely different issue than defense and avoids to avoid having a skill be interupted.Maybe because mobs have more attack?
