There are 2 people on my server using the names

Muldar and Jake (Muldar changed small L to Big I to make it look like small L)
they weren't using the name for scamming,asking for items etc.

Muldar was Doing Giveaways everyday..gold/elixirs/chests

Jake has his own clan calle d StateFarm and he was selling alot of Phoenix chests (2014 beltante)

so im wondering if they asked permission to use the names but only for good reasons or are they the staff themselves

That doesn't make any sense Babyish. What if someone had an actual name called Muidar or Muldar? He/she has the rights to use that name in game as long as the person is not trying to act like an admin. Funny how you banned me from beta for using that name when I had the rights to do so as i wasn't trying to act or be like an admin. How Babyish.... c:

In our experience we have found this to never be the case.

If a player is imitating an admin name without harm we will usually delete and inform the player, if the player is doing so with malicious intent we will take action.

You were removed from the beta (and all future betas) for being disruptive towards staff and other players.

My question is what if a player is not imitating an admin name without harm, but only using the name because they have the rights to do so as long as they aren't trying to be an admin.

I was removed from the beta for being disruptive towards staff and other players. That is true, however, there was a reason behind that. Goodiesdruid was forcing/harassing Needforspeed so he could join the Beta testers clan. Goodiesdruid continuously "Friend requested" Needforspeed which in return resulted in Needforspeed to use abusive language towards him (Extremely mean approach, he could have blocked Goodies instead. People have different opinions and I do respect his approach. if I were him, I would have done the same towards an annoying person). Later on, we decided to kill Goodies druid in the arena while he was making a youtube video name "Kill Muldar". That says it all, he was not able to make a successful video and he got super mad. I did say mean things to him and I knew that you were reading our chat.

Unfortunately, you were unable to stop me and you won't be able to stop me from joining the betas since I have other higher level accounts with different emails who already participated in various betas after the "Fishing beta".

This is "babyish" are u really making fun of muldar? It was a beta and u acted foul ur bad teasing him on forum ur bad being a jerk and annoying goodies YOUR BAD muldar is my buddy and i won't allow u to act like this towards em p.s. #elfforforumsguide lmao
