No I don't believe so if you do not have a IPad, IPhone or iPod you can not play on the iOS servers

Was wondering the same thing a while ago since all my apple devices are not able to run celtic heroes now

Currently no way to play iOS than on an iOS device.

There may be iOS emulators but I would personally not trust them.
