Hey Pookaswoop,

When the game just shows the OneThumbMobile splash screen but doesn't load this usually means that the full game hasn't downloaded properly. The initial download should be somewhere around the 500MB+ mark. If the game doesn't download 500MB+ or you can see in the Settings - Applications menu that Celtic Heroes isn't the correct size then this will be what the issue is.

If you have downloaded a couple of times and it still hasn't worked there could potentially be either an issue with your devices cache partition (where the game is stored as it is being downloaded) or with your instance of the Google Playstore.

Firstly I would one more time try: Settings - Applications - Celtic Heroes - Delete Cache - Delete Data - Uninstall - Turn device off then on - Download Celtic Heroes fresh from the Playstore.

If this doesn't work then:

Settings - Applications - Celtic Heroes - Delete Cache - Delete Data - Uninstall Celtic Heroes

Then:

From the home screen, tap Apps.
Tap Settings.
If using Tab view, tap Menu > List view.
Under 'DEVICE,' tap Storage.
Wait for menu options to finish calculating.
Tap Cached data, then tap OK
Wait for the cached data to clear; depending on size it will take several seconds to complete.
When the wipe is complete, the storage screen refreshes and cached data will not be listed. This means your our cached data has been successfully cleared.

Restart the phone and try downloading again.

If that doesn't work then hopefully this might:

- Go to Settings > Apps. Tap All > Google Play Store then finally tap the Clear cache button.
- As with the previous tip, go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store, but this time tap Clear data.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store, then tap the button that says Uninstall updates. This will revert Google Play back to the original version (as it appeared when it was first installed on your device)
- Go to Settings > Apps > All > Google Play services then tap the Clear cache button and tap the Clear data button.
- If you then download fresh updates for the Google Playstore and attempt to install Celtic Heroes again hopefully that should fix it.

Finally please ensure that you have the latest updates for the app/services Android System Web View and Google Play Services.
