That being said they changed the pet I was looking forward to so *shakes fist at design* I still sort of want it though

hopefully these pets are more graphical than statistical this time because if there's another pet people need to have to compete with other clans people will not be happy with how pay2win this game is becoming.

Also unless the update is legitimately going to blow people's minds you should really stop getting people's hopes up because 9 times out of 10 they are just disappointed when the update goes live. Just let them think they'll be disappointed and they might be surprised for once

I think regardless people will be disappointed, can't please everyone but we can try!

Honestly why even bother with a summer event at this point? Move on to Samhain, which IMO is usually the best one anyway.

They've already designed the fashion, mounts and drops. You think they should throw it all in the bin, start working on Samhain and have another 2 months of this event?... Nty.

Yes actually I do, things get scrapped in real life all the time. Save it and push it next summer. We honestly should not have to rely on the event to hold active interest to begin with.

They are welcome to bring more of anything that is new and different but at this point as a long time player most of it it just rehashed, recolored of the old stuff.

Why not just leave a giant dragon in Lirs and the other areas, then just add new season drops to the loot table. Switch up the adds for a seasonal look, make the old drops more rare with each event, then focus on more long term horizontal content instead of making such a big deal out of the seasonal stuff.

I think the next winter event should last for at least ten years. We need an ice age.

How about a pet design event in the mean time and the best pet design makes it into the live game for samhein?:)
