Because there wasn't enough time to do new stuff for Yule especially on the graphic front.

Same monolith bosses as last year Yule event.
Same horse mount model as Beltane.
Same wings model as Samhain.

I don't blame OTM for reusing current skins/models to put out these events if they're actually working on other bug fixes and new features that's being asked for by the community.
