Guys be patient with OTM...they are spending a lot of extra time trying to fix everything...its like 1:30 AM their time. Just be patient.
I imagine they get paid overtime or at least some compensation when the engine is complete and running smooth. Isnt that why they picked this job, to work the long hours required to complete the task? Just saying a confirmation on what the problem is would be nice, and not play guessing games for hours till its fixed
the more they talk to us on what's going on will just make it take longer for them to resolve the isue they are having

I also had a level 1 toon stuck in Lirs. Couldn't move and couldnt use any buttons. Nothing fixed it. Had to message support from different account

If you could make it back to the login page maybe by restarting app, when you go to select character you select options and choose the stuck toon option and it sends your character to farcrag.

Im starting to think this downtime is not only for the glitch fix but all the bug fixes as well
