Does this make sense? Question for OTM

#1
So proc chances on weapons get higher as rarity goes up. So dark being the lowest chance and void highest.
How come a dark bow has a 4% proc and then shadow dagger has 3% proc.
surely the dagger should have 5% proc chance or something like that.
dagger is mine and bow is clannies.

Just doing basic math.

Consider the dagger speed, in 190 seconds, that's 100 swings, and with an average 3% proc rate, that's 3 procs in 190 seconds.
The bow in 190 seconds will shoot 69 times only. With an average 4% proc rate, that's 2.76 procs in 190 seconds.

Rogues just pretty much complain about everything.

There are two types of people in this world: Those who crave closure

A business is more profitable if they don't gouge and piss off customers.

No way.

Whats wrong about wanting better skills on our dl? Rogues need sneaky attack to be insta cast, shadowstrike also needs to miss less!
