I suppose they could have made it slower but it is very unlikely that they would make it the same speed as the cruel dagger. The best bet is it is still 1471. Of course I could be wrong but in theory it should not be changed as its damage is quite low.

Cruel knife is still 1471, at least on the one in my inventory. Idk about new ones that drop tho

Yep, I have 1 on Balor. nice to have at lower lvl when dont have access to lux. Good luck getting one!
