I have made a list of Hawkhurst monster who are at the Revoltor the Cruel place and their drops. You can travel there from Central Viaduct to the East. Pass a bit around the viaduct to the beggar kind of npc then turn to first way to the left. Continue to north then at end to the east.

There are three guards here.

Hawkhurst Rascal (69, 70, 71)
Hawkhurst Lookout (69, 70, 71)
Hawkhurst Backstabber (69, 70, 71) (***)
Hawkhurst Urchin (69, 70, 71)
Hawkhurst Villain (69) (****)
Hawkhurst Spotter (70)
Hawkhurst Scoundrel (70)

Drops
Gold 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17, 21, or 22 coins
Dull Smuggled Coin
Grimy Smuggled Coin
Lesser ring of stinging swarm
Minor ring of frostbite
Other rings and training manuals or tome
Hawkhurst Chest (only dropped by backstabbers)

Hawkhurst chest asks for a lockpick to be opened can be bought for 4k and then you will receive a random article of smuggler fashion clothing. Or sell the chest to a trader for 1k or 2k. Chests are being dropped maybe at a rate of one to 20 Hawkhurst Backstabber killings.

Although I think the % chance is greater if you are at the lvl of the mob or below. Above the lvl of the mobs the chance goes down. I used the area to level toons and saw a huge decrease in rate (3-5 per hour to 0) once I got a few lvl above them.

chests can drop from any mob. I have even got one from a one star mob..

Adding to wiki, thanks quipps! I'll just write that chests can drop from any hawkhurst if ppl can cwrify level of player makes a difference let me know.
