I would like to see bosses go from being world bosses to being instances so more than one clan has the chanse to kill the eg boss each week, at whatever timezone suit them best, instead of wakeing up at 3am to kill the eg boss on spawn...
This game was unplayable for me for a while because if a clan decide to kill 9pm EST that could end up being 3am CET.. Make the game more appealing for the normal player that dont want to log during night/work to play at EG level.

#2Instanced boss encounters would be really neat, but I'm not convinced it would help much with the issue of your clan choosing to defeat the boss at a bad time - unless most of your clan is in your timezone. It would just eliminate the need for spawn camping and instant rushes to the boss.
There would have to be some sort of rules/limitations to prevent clans from taking advantage of it, and those could be tricky to plan out.
