Bounties

I have sent a message in- game and DECA responded that they agree with me. But now 3 months later...............NOTHING. I have about 15 uncompleted bounties in my quest que at the moment. I believe they should have the cancel option attached to them. 3 seconds hold and then gone. But alas...NO. I have bounty after bounty open. Is it a punishment for having a life and not being able to play every day?????? .... YES...NO....YES......at least that's how it feels. Please tell me you will fix this.
