good slowness was resolved, but the connection continues to drop, leaving no instability in the game

NEED HELP FROM DEVS,, I re installed client to see if would fix and now its not logging me in using username and I just spent quiet abit of money on the plat can anyone help me?
If u not fix it - wright to admins here(((
