Regen is right about about the games loot tables being kept on the server side, the best I've been able to find in the files is probably the same document you have seen that stores all the mob names, stars and a bunch of integers after each name/star combo that most likely links the info to the mobs skill animations/names and in game models/textures.
Though it actually isn't too hard to extract the game models from the games apk with any one of the asset extractor softwares you can find online (probably TOS so not gonna link them lol). A while ago when I was bored I was able to grab some models and put this Christmas style picture together in blender.
