Do you use T-mobile to play?

Are any of you able to get into the game using a T-mobile connection? For no reason I could identify, for the past few months I couldn't get past the second spinning circle login screen when using my T-mobile connection, but had no problem when using wifi. This was true regardless of where around town I was...home, school, etc. My phone was older and so I blamed it for the problem. I just got a new phone though, it is 5g, and T-mobile confirms (and my phone shows) both strong 5g and 4g signals at my home and work. But I'm having exactly the same problem on this phone too. T-mobile says its the app, CH can't help, and I can't figure it out. Have any of you had similar problems, or anyone have suggestions of things to try? Thanks.
