You see the NPC in the sewer that sells different old jewelry for high prices which can be re-sold if it's rare.

I would like to know the percentage rates for certain jewelry or just how many items in total are being sold there.

I think you need 100k or something like that to be able to view his inventory. He basically allows you to be able to buy 1 ring, 1 ammy and 1 brace at any period in time. Once someone buys for example, a ring. The ring slot will be refreshed and another random ring will be available for purchase

I checked him out first time I went in and he wanted me to be like lvl 120 or so before I could buy off him (I had more than 100K on me).

Just checked recently, turns out you need to be lvl 90 and become affiliated with the Aldington company via a quest to access his wares.

You need to be lvl 90, and have minimum 500k, then when you finish his quest, you can see his items. The quest is to pick up 5 boxes in mv or sewers and buy 1 ticket (which costs 10k) from a npc. If I am right. Haven’t played for long time.
