Was sarcasm, never said they said that, I know well enough messaging them won't get any help anyway. We all know the issue players are experiencing currently is just worse servers than before. Nothing we can do about it

Was sarcasm, never said they said that, I know well enough messaging them won't get any help anyway. We all know the issue players are experiencing currently is just worse servers than before. Nothing we can do about it

The servers are not worse or "downgraded" than before. The community is growing and increasing the strain of the login servers.

Ensuring players are able to login in an timely manner and reducing disconnects remains is one of the team's top priorities. Thank you for letting us know when it's not working and for your patience while we work to make it better.

Maybe it has something to do with the new event? After you guys fixed it by removing damage numbers or something I had no problems, but after this reset I suddenly do.

Haven't really noticed that much of a growth in the community that it would cause a strain on the servers lol...

Well, if you look at the most users online at once from the forum, then you will see that it was on February, 2020 with 1111 users on at once. So, the community is certainly growing. Not sure how that compares to before, but at least it was a recent time.
