Hey guys, Im wondering if there is any advantage to cooking other than the fact that it acts as potions.
I can't afford lux items so I thought about doing cooking to get food that regen energy in battle.
However I heard from someone that it only works out of battle.
If thats the case then I don't see any point in spending time levelling my cooking up considering gameplay wise its boring af.
So I'm wondering whether I misunderstood or if there was more to cooking than that.
Re: What is the purpose of cooking?
#2The foods that regen health or energy over time does only regen when out of combat, unfortunately. There are other foods that instantly heal you or give you instant energy, and those can of course be used in combat. There are also foods that boost player damage as well, which can be helpful.
Cooking is extremely boring, and takes a long time, but I suppose it can be helpful - though when compared to the average cost of restoration potions, I usually just get a few hundred of those and save a ton of time.
