It's beginning to look like a multiple reset day.
Yep. Tho a big chunk of worlds just came up all at once.

It's the same, doesn't give me an option to choose server, it goes straight into character creation screen
Create a new toon any world and on the last screen it has a world select screen. Choose your world and exit back out of the app. Start it again and you will be on your world. It's a bug.

All else fails create that toon another world and relog.
