Question: How long do we have to wait after servers go down to be able to download the new update?

Based on past events, it's usually a couple hours until servers come back up, but who knows, OTM doesnt really give estimates nor do they have a consistent track record. The US app store typically has the new version well before that though so you can download new client, just cant login.
